Increase daily transfer limit
Select the account you want to change limit on
Select cog at top of screen
Scroll down and select 'Manage daily transfer limits'
Select payment type
Select the transfer limit and then ‘Send SMS code'
Once you receive your One Time Password, enter your One Time Password into the text field
Tap on the 'Continue' button

You can now increase your transfer limit in the Bank First App, just like you can in Internet Banking.
It's quick, safe and means that you can make those larger purchases without having to call us. Watch video.

Rename your accounts to more meaningful names in our updated app.
Confirmation of Payee
Our updated app will bring you Confirmation of Payee, an industry-wide banking service that can help protect you from scams and mistaken payments.
Update your details
Our new app will bring you a new profile section, which allows you to update your contact details straight from the app.
Easy access to set up a savings goal
If you are saving towards a holiday or your first home, you can now set up a goal from your Bank First App home screen.
You can keep track of your progress and how much you have left to hit your goal.
Share your bank account details directly from the app
This new feature will make it easier to share your BSB and account number with someone who is sending you money.
Streamlined navigation
With more menu options, your home screen can also be customised to suit your needs, whether that is bringing your accounts first or your savings goals first.

No need to call. If you have a big purchase, you can now increase your daily transfer limit in the Bank First App.
Flexible card management
Replace lost or stolen cards directly from the app. Lock or unlock your card for Australian and/or International transactions.
Dedicated savings goals
Reach your savings goals by setting up individual savings goals on your accounts.
Simple and secure log in options
Select from a password, PIN, pattern, fingerprint (Android), FaceID and TouchID (iOS).
Download the Bank First App
Not already registered for online banking? Register now.
Go to the App Store or Google Play on your device.
Use the search function to find Bank First.
Select the Bank First App icon and press Get (for Apple) or Install (for Android).
Open the app, then tap Let's go, then Login on the home screen.
Enter your Member Number and Password. If you do not have a password contact us.
Select your preferred login option (6-digit PIN or 6-9 dot pattern).
Read and accept the T&Cs and you're all done!
