Login to Internet Banking.
Select Settings.
Select Manage PayID.
Follow the on-screen Create PayID instructions to register.
Select the mobile phone number and/or email address that you’d like linked to an account of your choice.
Select the account you want your PayID linked to.
Select Get SMS / Get Email (this will be different if you are mobile number or email address) and enter in your verification code
Hit Create.
PayID registration is only available for Members with SMS Security. If you’re not registered for SMS Security, you can contact us.
PayID doesn’t replace your BSB and account number completely as these details can be used for both standard transfers and Osko payments. PayID simply provides unprecedented ease, convenience and confidence.
If you’ve ever worried about sending money to the wrong account, PayID can help. Use a PayID with a service like Osko and the name of the person who owns that PayID is shown before you approve the payment. All you have to do is confirm it’s the right person.Mobile Phone Number

No, a PayID can only be linked to one account at any given time. However, multiple PayIDs can be linked to the same account.
Yes, you can change the account your PayID is linked to.
Login to Internet Banking.
Select Settings.
Select Manage PayID.
Select Financial Account and alter the account.
Select Get SMS and enter a valid SMS One Time Password.
Select Update and the PayID will be updated.
Your PayID cannot be used to withdraw money from your account. It can only be used to receive payments.
When you give a person your PayID, they cannot use it to withdraw money from your account. When they use it in their own participating online or mobile banking to pay you, the only information they will see is your name. A PayID on its own cannot be used to create a false identity.
If your mobile number or email address have changed or you no longer have authority to use them, you are required to close the PayID.
Login to Internet Banking.
Select Settings.
Select Manage PayID.
Select Manage on the PayID.
Select Action and use the dropdown to select Close.
Get SMS and enter a valid SMS One Time Password.
Select Update and the PayID will be closed and removed from your list.
