Terms and Conditions – Online Saver Promotion
1. To qualify for this promotional offer, you must have opened an Online Saver Promotional Offer account between 17 February 2025 and 18 April 2025 and quote the promo code “OSPROMO” at the time of application.
2. Promotional offer available from 17 February 2025 and 18 April 2025.
3. The interest rate of 5.50% p.a. is applicable for balances under $50,000. For balances equal to and over $50,000, the standard rate Online Saver rate applies. Interest is calculated on the portion of the balance which falls within each tier at the applicable rate. Interest rates are per annum, current at the time of publication and are subject to change.
4. Standard Online Saver rates are available on our website. To view the standard interest rates.
5. Interest is calculated daily and paid monthly at the end of the month into your Online Saver account.
6. Maximum of two Online Saver accounts per customer.
7. No monthly account keeping fees.

Terms and Conditions – Bank First ‘Nurse Care Pack’ Promotion
11. Overview
Victoria Teachers Limited (t/as Bank First) ABN 44 087 651 769 of 117 Camberwell Rd Hawthorn East VIC 3123 (Bank First) is offering nurse care packs to the first 100 new members who open a transaction or online saver account with Bank First (the Promotion).
12. Eligibility
A) To be eligible for the Promotion, the participant must meet the following criteria:
i) Be 18 years or older;
ii) Be a current employee (including contractors and temporary staff) of one of the following organisations (Selected Organisation): Alfred Health; Mercy Health; Southern Cross Care; St John of God Health Care; and St Vincent’s Health Australia.
iii) At the time of opening an account online, quote a valid promo code applicable to the relevant Selected Organisation as per below: Alfred Health (ALFREDHEALTH or OSPROMO); Mercy Health (MERCY or OSPROMO); Southern Cross Care (SCC or OSPROMO); St John of God Health Care (SJGHC or OSPROMO); and St Vincent’s Health Australia (STVINCENTS or OSPROMO).
iv. Be among the first 100 new members to successfully open a transactional or online saver account between 17 February 2025 and 18 April 2025.
13. Nurse Care Pack Details
A) Each nurse care pack will include the following items: One (1) cosmetic bag/pouch; One (1) essential oil; One (1) tote bag; and One (1) ID tag wheel.
B) Each participant is eligible to receive only one nurse care pack under this Promotion, regardless of the number of accounts they have opened or are associated with.
C) Bank First will notify the eligible participant that they qualify to receive a nurse care pack via the email provided within 14 days of the account being opened.
D) Bank First will deliver the product to each eligible participant within 30 days of the account being opened.
14. Exclusions
A) The following are excluded from the Promotion:
i)Applications that are withdrawn or declined or do not proceed to completion;
ii) Existing members of Bank First.
15. Privacy
A) Bank First is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals.
B) Personal information collected during the Promotion will be used for the purpose of administering the Promotion and in accordance with Bank First's privacy policy (available at available at www.bankfirst.com.au/privacy-policy or by calling 1300 654 822).
C) With your consent, Bank First may use your personal information to provide you with information about its products, services and content related to financial wellbeing.
D) By participating in this Promotion, participants consent to the use of their personal information as described herein.
16. General terms
A) Bank First reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and to disqualify any participants who does not comply with these terms and conditions.
B) Bank First reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time, without prior notice.
C) To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bank First is not responsible for any technical errors, delays or other issues that may affect the completion of opening an account or the issuance of the nurse care pack. In the event of a dispute, our decision will be final.
D) These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes arising in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria, Australia.
