Oakwood School is introducing a barista training program to support students into employment pathways. The program provides hands-on experience in hospitality within a safe and supportive environment.
TIP impact
With support from Bank First's Teaching Initiatives Program, students will gain practical hospitality experience that supports future employment opportunities. The initiative builds confidence, practical skills and employment readiness. Success will be measured through increased student engagement and improved transition into part-time work.
