Hawthorn East branch refresh

We're excited to be refreshing our Hawthorn East branch at 117 Camberwell Road to create an even better experience for Members. 

While work is underway, the branch will remain open and our team will continue to provide the same great service you know and trust. 

What you need to know 

ATM temporarily unavailable 

As part of the works, the Hawthorn East branch ATM will be unavailable from Thursday 27 August and is expected to remain out of service for approximately three months.  

Alternative ATMs are available nearby on Burke Road, Camberwell, including ANZ, Commonwealth Bank, NAB and Westpac. Members can also access cash and everyday banking services through Bank@Post.  

Temporary branch entrance 

From Monday 31 August, branch access will move to a temporary entrance located inside the main building. There will be clear signage and directional markers in place to help guide you to the entrance. 

Branch remains open 

Our Hawthorn East branch will remain open throughout the works, and our opening hours will not change.
